## Job Description

## What You'll Do

- Own the deal desk and quote-to-cash process, including pricing, contract reviews, and order management for high-value deals.
- Manage the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, improving our tech stack (**Stripe**, **Tabs**) and handling complex edge cases.
- Establish and run the collections and A/R management process to improve visibility into credit exposure and manage delayed payments.
- Serve as the internal finance owner for the month-end revenue close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with the VP of Finance on strategic projects like forecasting, modeling, and board materials after establishing core operational processes.

## Requirements

- 5-7 years of experience in a finance, RevOps, or BizOps role at a growth-stage technology company
- Strong analytical & communication skills; able to produce clear, executive-ready outputs
- Strong financial modeling skills (**Excel**/**Google Sheets**)
- Direct ownership of a billing system build or revenue recognition policy (complying with **ASC 606**)
- Experience with billing systems (**Stripe**, **Tabs**, etc.)
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity
- Demonstrated 'builder' mentality; creates processes from scratch
