## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the design, rollout, adoption, curation, and maintenance of enablement programs for Databricks Technical Support Engineers.
- Collaborate with Support leaders, subject-matter experts, technical curriculum developers, and technical enablement specialists.
- Design onboarding and everboarding programs that develop and maintain technical and soft skills for Technical Support Engineers.
- Stay current with Databricks Support offerings and understand Support business needs and requirements.
- Create high-impact enablement programs and curate or design content needed to support them.
- Drive improvements in Support KPIs through successful enablement programs.

## Requirements
- Experience with enablement programs for technical audiences.
- Experience with technical support best practices.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
