## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of a book of business, from prospecting and closing new programmatic and social partnerships to managing, retaining, and growing existing relationships.
- Translate advertiser objectives into strategic programmatic campaigns using ad formats, audience targeting, insights, and measurement tools; oversee execution and delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with brand- and agency-side stakeholders.
- Evangelize commerce media internally and partner with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Data Science, Product, and Payments.
- Surface client feedback, inform roadmap priorities, support strategic work with enterprise merchants, and represent advertiser needs.
- Identify and pitch new growth opportunities, including formats, surfaces, and pilots.
- Develop sales narratives, case studies, playbooks, and enablement materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to drive ROI and retention.
- Track DSP innovation, privacy changes, audience-targeting shifts, and commerce-media developments.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising across sales and/or account management, ideally within a retail media network, digital publisher, agency trading desk, or DSP/SSP platform.
- Proven ability to close new business and grow existing accounts across the client lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, audience targeting, measurement, attribution, and brand safety.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Strategy and Operations, Data Science, Partnerships, Ad Operations, Product, and Partner Marketing.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments and building undefined processes.
- Passion for digital advertising and commerce media.

## Compensation and Benefits
- U.S. starting pay is market-based and varies by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
- Listed zone ranges: $97,240–$145,860 USD; $100,640–$150,960 USD; $106,360–$159,540 USD; and $114,360–$171,540 USD.
