## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic relationships with key channel partners: Guidepoint Security and Optiv.
- Act as primary point of contact and internal champion for both accounts.
- Handle joint business planning, pipeline generation, partner enablement, and revenue growth.
- Work cross-functionally with Cribl’s executive, technology alliances, marketing, and sales teams.
- Identify key partners, build strategic plans, initiate conversations, sell value of partnerships, and structure partnerships.
- Serve as partner advocate inside Cribl; evangelize partners and inject partner DNA into the organization.
- Provide world-class relationship development and thought leadership across assigned partner base.
- Drive pipeline generation at the field level with go-to-market partner organizations including Resellers, SIs, MSSPs, Tech Alliances, and Cloud Partners.

## Requirements
- Seasoned revenue generation track record driving sales in both direct and Channel & alliances roles, with experience selling into the NY Metro region.
- Strong history of building and driving pipeline generation at the field level with partner organizations.
- Proven history of exceeding channel sales quotas.
- 5-10 years of high-tech business development or alliances at a high-growth startup, successfully implementing channel/field alliances strategy to drive increased sales.
- Deep Channel relationships with Guidepoint and Optiv, and proven revenue generation through Reseller, SI partnerships and MSSP partnerships.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Natural and highly effective relationship / partner development skills.
- Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.
- Experience with ISVs and their strategies/business models and how to leverage them via the Channel.
- Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment.
- BA/BS degree.
- Strong motor, execution and intrinsically driven.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.
- Creative, driven, and looking to expand and advance alliances career.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD.
- Eligible for incentive compensation (commission) as this is a sales-adjacent role.
