## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across London.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside the team.
- Support ongoing training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute the technical pre-sales strategy.
- Build and implement programs to scale Solutions Consultants and increase customer impact.
- Monitor team performance and support the team in exceeding goals.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience.
- 3+ years leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers, with direct accountability for team performance, mentorship, and feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven success collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Hands-on problem-solving ability, effective mentorship skills, and willingness to contribute as an individual contributor when needed.
- Proven track record designing and implementing strategic programs that drive impact across teams.
- Experience with light scripting, querying, or prototyping.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience using or working with Figma.
- Experience working across multiple time zones.

## Compensation and Benefits
