## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Employee Lifecycle
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Administer performance management cycles through Lattice and support managers throughout the process.
- Improve employee lifecycle processes and create scalable solutions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and align HR practices with company policies and employment regulations.

### Employee and Manager Support
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for questions about policies, benefits, leaves, and workplace matters.
- Guide managers on HR best practices, performance conversations, and employee concerns.
- Support engagement and culture initiatives, including recognition, celebrations, surveys, and learning programs.
- Handle employee support with empathy, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

### Compliance and Leave Administration
- Manage leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, Workers’ Compensation, Colorado FAMLI, and other state-mandated leave programs.
- Guide employees through leave processes, documentation, and return-to-work plans.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, vendors, and state agencies.
- Monitor federal, state, and local employment regulations and support compliance.

### HR Systems, Data, and Processes
- Serve as the primary HRIS administrator, ensuring system accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.
- Audit HR workflows, identify process gaps, and implement improvements.
- Partner with Paylocity support to troubleshoot issues and optimize system capabilities.
- Build and analyze reports and metrics, including headcount, turnover, leave utilization, and workforce insights.
- Eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

### Workplace Experience
- Serve as the onsite People team presence during core business hours.
- Support the office relocation by coordinating logistics, vendors, and workplace transition activities.
- Manage workplace operations, vendor relationships, supplies, and office needs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on the onsite candidate experience.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a Senior HR Generalist or similar HR Business Partner-level role.
- Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and compliance.
- Experience administering complex leaves of absence, including FMLA, STD/LTD, Workers’ Compensation, and state-specific leave programs.
- Experience with Colorado FAMLI strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-state employment compliance.
- Experience administering HRIS platforms, including configuration, reporting, audits, and data integrity.
- Ability to analyze HR data and create meaningful reports and insights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence at the office at least 3 days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday.
- Highly autonomous and comfortable balancing operational execution with employee coaching.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Paylocity, Lattice, and Workable.
- Deep experience navigating and administering HR systems.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing organization.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Colorado salary range: **$56,805–$94,675**.
- Final compensation depends on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
- Eligible for a performance-based variable compensation plan.
