## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of field marketing programs and events aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
- Plan and execute regional pipeline-focused marketing programs.
- Partner with sales to identify priorities, target accounts, and event opportunities.
- Manage in-person and virtual events, roundtables, sponsorships, and customer programs.
- Collaborate with partner marketing, product marketing, and content teams on campaign execution.
- Track program performance, report results, and recommend optimizations.
- Own event logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
- Support sales enablement with event descriptions, talking points, and follow-up materials.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing roles.
- Strong project management and event execution skills.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and external partners.
- Experience with pipeline-focused marketing programs and performance reporting.
- Willingness to travel for field events.
- Detail-oriented and creative, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Experience in B2B software, data, or infrastructure marketing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and event platforms.
- Experience supporting regional or partner-led programs.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Creative thinking and experiential event planning experience focused on memorable, measurable, and impactful experiences.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $107,000–$137,000 USD.
