## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Review and record cash and in-kind asset transfers in the trust accounting system.
- Coordinate with sub-custodians to settle mutual fund, stable value fund, and ETF trades from booking through settlement.
- Manage operational aspects of plan installations and conversions, coordinating with Implementation Managers and Investment teams.
- Support deconversion activities, including coordinating with receiving record keepers to liquidate and transfer plan assets.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, plan sponsors, prior record keepers, sub-custodians, and third-party administrators on timelines, action items, and project status.
- Monitor team deliverables and outstanding conversion wires, prioritizing items through completion.
- Update, maintain, and review client data in CRM systems.
- Research and resolve operational issues.
- Support strategic projects, operating procedures, training, collaboration, and process improvement initiatives.

## Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting with strong academic performance.
- Strong numerical aptitude and understanding of cash and traditional securities reconciliation.
- Proactive, analytical problem-solving ability.
- Strong organization, dependability, prioritization, and client-expectation management skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with project management, collaboration, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira.
- Understanding of trading and settlement for mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETFs.
- Knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements.
- Experience with compliance or record-keeping systems such as SunGard Relius, ASC, or FIS.
- Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or higher ASPPA credentials.
- Relevant record-keeper experience.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually.
- Eligible for the Company Bonus Pool and new-hire equity.
