## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for development initiatives and lead the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Support teams through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities.
- Apply Technical Program Management best practices and contribute to improving software development processes.
- Use technical skills and domain knowledge to help align teams around a shared plan and direction.
- Track and report on metrics for quality and performance across programs.
- Maintain ongoing communication of planning, program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager.
- Experience delivering complex projects or solutions that span multiple teams.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to present to all levels in an organization, including explaining analyses and recommendations to leadership or discussing technical trade-offs with engineers.
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders to align on solutions and delivery plans.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
- Experience with common software development tools (e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins) and public cloud technology (e.g. AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with overall system architecture, including how services, APIs, and data flows fit together, to follow technical discussions and spot cross-team dependencies.
