## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, emphasizing hiring-manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership.
- Manage the offer process in partnership with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams.

## Requirements
- **8+ years** of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and assess candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
- Technology and industry knowledge, with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies.
- Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn and alternative techniques.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry.
- Experience leveraging an ATS, particularly Lever, to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
- Recruiting agency experience.
- Experience managing complex technical roles.
