## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify, respond to, and resolve client issues and questions.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing client success.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
- Assess issue criticality and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems.
- Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Account Management teams to maintain client satisfaction.
- Teach clients how to use Addepar through functional and conceptual instruction.
- Prioritize and context-switch across simultaneous cases, following each through resolution.
- Develop expertise in the Addepar platform.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in mathematics.
- Problem-solving ability and commitment to continuous learning.
- Interest in technology and finance.

## Nice-to-have
- Experience in investment management.

## Compensation
- Base salary range: $59,000–$74,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
