## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct creative, personalized outbound prospecting within target accounts.
- Research prospects using Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Research prospect pain points, decision-making structures, and business challenges.
- Coordinate closely with Account Executives on pipeline organization, prospecting, and nurture strategies.
- Prioritize leads and qualify prospects through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Participate in regular team huddles to share goals and celebrate wins.

## Requirements
- Ability to think on your feet and answer unexpected questions effectively.
- Empathy for prospects’ challenges and pain points.
- Resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Passion for sales and sales processes.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and adaptable as priorities change.
- Confidence using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $40,656–$55,000 per year.
- Equity and benefits included.
