## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver measurable impact for Communications, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming (CMEG) customers and at the business unit or regional level within the Forward Deployed Engineering organization.
- Independently scope and lead multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives in high-stakes environments.
- Drive excellence at the business unit or regional level, contributing to team booking targets and consumption goals.
- Navigate complex regional, regulatory, and market-specific challenges across multiple countries.
- Coach and support junior Engagement Managers and serve as a resource on complex projects.
- Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead sales of complex Professional Services and Training offerings.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.
- Participate in hiring to attract top-tier talent.
- Travel up to 25–50% as required.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
- Expert-level understanding of Professional Services and Training offerings, with the ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
- Proficient thought leadership and growing recognition as an external industry expert.
- Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.

## Compensation
- ATS salary range: **$143,000–$245,850 USD** annual base salary.
- The total compensation package may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
