## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams, product domains, and business functions.
- Define goals, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Build program plans and hold teams accountable for committed deliverables.
- Identify risks, blockers, and conflicts and drive them to resolution.
- Coordinate dependencies and align roadmaps across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
- Provide visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and trade-offs.
- Drive launch readiness, operational readiness, migrations, and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Support annual and quarterly planning, prioritization, estimation, capacity planning, and resource alignment.
- Establish processes that improve execution and predictability.
- Partner with key merchants using Omnichannel products and services.
- Understand merchant feedback, concerns, technical challenges, and escalations.
- Triage merchant issues and coordinate resolution across Engineering, Product, Operations, Support, and other teams.
- Manage merchant expectations and communication during critical issues.
- Identify recurring merchant pain points and translate them into product, technology, or operational improvements.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, product, technical account management, or a related technology role.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple engineering teams.
- Strong program planning, execution, dependency management, and risk management skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical systems and partner effectively with engineering leaders.
- Experience working directly with customers or enterprise clients, including managing technical issues and escalations.
- Ability to translate customer problems into clear technical and operational actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive execution without direct authority.
- Strong ownership, judgment, and bias toward action.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and structure complex problems.
- Data-driven mindset and focus on measurable outcomes.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, warehouse technology, transportation, or large-scale platform programs.
