## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and improve processes for Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams
- Maintain critical systems across our tech stack and ensure data integrity through multiple integrations (**Salesforce**, **HubSpot**, **IronClad**, **Clay**, **Outreach**, **ZoomInfo**, etc.)
- Partner closely with GTM leaders to identify process gaps, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive adoption of new capabilities
- Manage Sales requests
- Manage complex deal structure creation through to post-sale booking processes

## Requirements
- Revenue Operations and **Salesforce** experience at a growing SaaS company
- Curious and scrappy builder who enjoys figuring things out, automating manual work, and owning projects end-to-end (experience with leveraging AI to efficiently discover, test, and implement solutions)
- Comfortable querying data with **SQL**
- Experience working with Sales and effectively speaking to key processes and data
- Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an unstructured environment
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus

## Compensation
- Salary range: **$90,000 - $140,000**
