## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Operate milling and nesting software to orient and properly support dental products, including crowns, bridges, and abutments.
- Identify workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and technology issues in a fast-paced dental lab.
- Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards and nesting operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address bottlenecks.

## Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 0–2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, communication, and listening skills.
- Comfort with digital tools and technology.
- Ability to learn new concepts, tools, and workflows quickly.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help others.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a dental lab, particularly a milling or nesting department.
- Knowledge of nesting software, especially hyperDent.
- Experience working in a nesting or milling department with 20 or more mills.
- Experience with Arum mills, including 5X-500, 5X-500L, or 5X-200.
- Experience nesting or milling generic and authentic custom titanium abutments in-house.
- Strong professional references.

## Physical Requirements
- Occasionally lift and carry objects weighing 25–50 pounds for 15 minutes to 2 hours per day.
- Frequently reach above 5 feet 5 inches, including lifting up to 10 pounds at that height.
- Occasionally bend over for similar time frames.

## Compensation and Benefits
- **$16–$18 per hour.**
