## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own request-level monitoring across a book of key accounts, identifying aging, stalled, and at-risk requests.
- Run systematic account audits to find incomplete returns, misrouted responses, and gaps.
- Build per-account data, turnaround and volume analysis, and recurring customer reports.
- Drive escalations with the key accounts retrieval team on urgent and blocked requests through resolution.
- Prepare customer touchpoints, including call briefs, visit materials, and quarterly review decks.
- Turn recurring account-level problems into evidenced asks for product and engineering.
- Join customer calls and visits and take direct ownership of accounts as responsibilities grow.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a comparably demanding analytical role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ownership.
- Strong data skills and fluency in Excel.
- SQL and internal tooling experience, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with urgent, operational, and customer-facing work.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits.
