## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
- Deliver pre-sales experiences by articulating Fin’s value and technical expertise.
- Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
- Design and lead tailored proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
- Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent customer feedback and influence product planning.
- Build trusted customer relationships through empathy, curiosity, and problem-solving.
- Improve processes and contribute to a best-in-class Solutions Engineering playbook.
- Support customer success by ensuring lasting value and proactively addressing challenges.
- Travel occasionally.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships.
- Strong technical acumen, including technical discovery and value presentations.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams and communicating customer feedback.
- Familiarity with POCs, RFPs, and complex security questions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong independent problem-solving, collaboration, time management, and process-improvement skills.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

## Compensation and Benefits
- San Francisco Bay Area OTE: $231,300–$276,275.
- Eligibility for a corporate bonus program or sales incentive, with the target included in OTE.
- Stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
