## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Business Growth and P&L
- Own the assigned territory’s P&L, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
- Drive growth through field-based sales, local relationship building, and referral development.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through conversion.
- Build and maintain referral networks with healthcare providers and community partners.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies.

### Operational Excellence
- Implement operational playbooks that improve consistency and efficiency.
- Standardize reporting and data accuracy.
- Lead day-to-day client service, scheduling, and care-delivery operations.
- Use data to diagnose performance gaps and improve outcomes.

### Market Leadership and Team Building
- Lead by example and establish high standards for performance and accountability.
- Execute territory goals with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage and develop the territory team.
- Refine operating approaches, test initiatives, and share insights that improve scalability.

## Requirements

- **7+ years** of experience in field sales, operations, or general management, including territory or market growth.
- Experience directly leading frontline or quota-carrying teams.
- Proven success in in-person sales, prospecting, referral generation, and closing.
- Demonstrated success improving territory or multi-site performance through revenue growth, client retention, referral generation, and sales conversion.
- Experience as a player/coach who leads by example while developing others.
- Experience in a growth-stage or rapidly evolving environment, including testing approaches, implementing change, and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret dashboards, diagnose performance issues, and turn insights into action plans.
- Proficiency with Excel and/or business intelligence tools.
- Strong communication skills for partnering with and influencing frontline teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

## Nice-to-Haves

- Experience in people-scaled or service-based operations involving frontline performance, staffing stability, and consistent service delivery.
- Experience developing community partnerships or referral relationships in healthcare, senior services, or other people-based service environments.
- Experience with high-volume staffing, workforce management, or supply-demand balancing in home care, healthcare staffing, hospitality, retail, or service operations.

## Compensation

- Base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Expected annual on-target earnings (OTE): **$171,000–$190,000**.
