## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own the field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and acceleration across target industries and segments, in close partnership with the Revenue organization and Demand Generation.
- Own programmatic regional events tied to ABM playbooks, including target-account dinners, regional roundtables, partner-enabled events, and corporate hospitality.
- Drive brand awareness and generate leads through onsite activations and support of the sales team.
- Bring the brand personality to life to engage and entertain target audiences at in-person events.
- Analyze, track, and report on event ROI and MQL metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing creative team to ensure collateral and event presence represent the brand.
- Partner with strategic alliance partners to build joint demand, co-marketing campaigns, partner event programs, and joint ABM motions.

## Requirements

- 10+ years of related marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience building and executing regional field marketing and ABM programs with measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including work with regional and global sales, demand generation, and customer success.
- Experience in partnership marketing, including co-marketing with alliance partners, joint campaigns, partner event programs, and partner ecosystem engagement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPI frameworks, track program performance, and optimize programs based on results.
- Excellent communication, planning, and operational skills, including process building, budget management, vendor coordination, and end-to-end program execution.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Creativity and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to draw insights from complex marketing data.
- Ability to stand comfortably for up to eight hours per day, work long hours, and travel frequently.
- Comfortable traveling to events across the country and internationally.
- Proficiency with macOS and remote-work tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

- Experience managing remote or distributed teams.

## Compensation

- For US-based employees, the cash base compensation range is **$196,000–$225,000**.
- Final offer amounts may vary based on geographic location, experience, expertise, education, certifications or licenses, skills, training, and market conditions.
