## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct full-lifecycle recruiting for technical roles, with an emphasis on sourcing senior engineering talent across multiple disciplines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and interview processes.
- Develop proactive, creative sourcing strategies.
- Improve recruiting processes and establish recruiting best practices across teams and hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and teammates to deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Prioritize, organize, and manage pipelines for multiple concurrent openings.
- Operate with a sense of urgency.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in technology or a high-growth startup.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in the defense industry or an adjacent industry.
- Full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including varied interview formats and methodologies.
- Experience with recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
- Creative strategic sourcing experience.
