## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation process while delivering high levels of service using Celonis technology.
- Transform customer data using **SQL** to create data models for process analysis.
- Design and implement analyses and execution apps enriched with **Machine Learning** or **Task Mining**.
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, suggesting improvements.
- Quantify business and financial potential, presenting relevant **KPIs** to management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct value creation workshops to align measures for process improvements.
- Set foundation for long-term customer success.

## Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or similar.
- Relevant experience in **Public Sector** vertical.
- Active **Security Clearance** (active for 18+ months).
- Proficiency with **SQL** or other languages (**Python**, **R**, **Matlab**) and interest in **Big Data**, **Data Mining**, **Process Mining**.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical skills, organized, quick learner.
- Degree in **Business Informatics**, **Computer Science**, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, **Mathematics** or comparable.

## Compensation
Base salary: **$162,000 - $191,000 USD** (Washington, D.C.), plus bonus/commission, equity, benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, PTO).
