## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, assessments, and offers, for non-technical functions and potentially some technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and timelines.
- Support intake meetings and recruiting syncs by sharing updates, surfacing insights, and recommending next steps.
- Manage recruiting timelines, track progress, communicate status updates and risks, and follow standardized processes and tools.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely communication, structured assessments, and clear feedback loops.
- Monitor funnel health, identify trends, and use recruiting data to improve searches.
- Use internal and third-party recruiting tools, including AI tools.

## Requirements
- **3+ years** of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical roles such as engineering, data science, or AI.
- Experience hiring for moderately complex roles, including industry hires, early-career or internship roles, or program management roles.
- Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining organization and a strong candidate experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using recruiting data such as pipeline metrics and conversion rates.
- Comfort building and experimenting with AI tools such as ChatGPT for recruiting workflows.
- Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$119,000–$161,000 USD**.
- Base salary is supplemented by equity compensation.
