## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Answer initial questions and educate stakeholders on risk assessment and supplier contracting processes.
- Conduct initial reviews of contractual terms, assemble appropriate templates, and prepare agreements for legal review.
- Support commercial negotiations where applicable.
- Provide a guided experience for internal requesters throughout contracting transactions.
- Monitor productivity and communications using the Zip procurement tool.
- Engage Legal, Sourcing, Finance, Security, Third Party Risk, and business stakeholders to move third-party engagements through the contracting process.
- Use contract templates and fallback positions.
- Manage assigned engagements in Agiloft and oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
- Resolve contracting inquiries and troubleshoot issues for business stakeholders.
- Analyze processes, internal data, and Agiloft reporting to improve operational performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Support internal and external ad hoc requests, including contract lookups, stakeholder research, and systems reconciliation.
- Help establish the team's operating culture and best practices.

## Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience formulating and reviewing end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
- Degree in Law or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving, independent analysis, and investigative decision-making abilities.
- Ability to influence experienced business leaders and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Operational mindset focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Meticulous attention to detail and rigorous decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with and analyzing contracts and information from multiple data sources.
- Proactive, self-disciplined, diligent, and solution-oriented approach.
