## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Rotate across or specialise within compliance, contracts, or funds practice areas.
- Support investor onboarding, transaction KYC, LP transfer processes, and high-volume legal work.
- Manage competing deadlines and keep matters moving with strong attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, lawyers, senior paralegals, and client-facing teams.
- Work independently, take initiative, and proactively flag issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

## Requirements
- Motivated, curious, and eager to develop expertise in legal practice.
- Organised and efficient, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently when needed.
- Effective team collaboration skills.
- Undergraduate Law degree or equivalent preferred; GDL welcome.
- Prior exposure to LP transfer processes is a plus.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Expected cash compensation range: $78,000–$97,600 salary in Toronto.
