## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Serve as the lead strategic finance partner to executives across Enterprise and Mid-Market go-to-market teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
- Build trusted relationships and provide financial guidance on high-impact business decisions.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems for the strategic finance function.
- Assess strategic priorities and quantitatively validate and advocate for high-return initiatives across the go-to-market organization.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations that inform go-to-market tactics, product experiments, and cross-functional roadmaps.
- Build frameworks to evaluate sales efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with Data Analytics to develop predictive and automated reporting.
- Own significant portions of long-range and annual planning, including the strategic plan supporting go-to-market growth goals.
- Develop and grow a high-performing analyst.

## Requirements

- 8+ years of progressive experience, including 4+ years covering sales.
- Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred.
- Experience with consumption-based business models is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through financial analysis and strategic insight.
- Demonstrated success driving sales strategy, planning, and performance management.
- Experience building an AI model, workflow, or automated analysis.
- Expert-level financial modeling ability and the ability to translate complex business drivers into clear frameworks.
- Strong executive presence and clear communication at all levels.
- Experience with Salesforce, business intelligence tools such as Omni, and SQL.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Bias toward action, ownership, resilience, and delivering meaningful outcomes.

## Compensation and Benefits

- On-target earnings or base salary range for San Francisco, CA: **$192,000–$260,000 USD**.
