## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through closing: identify and engage top talent, extend offers, negotiate, and provide excellent candidate experience.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders: influence hiring strategy, role intakes, prioritization, and trade-offs.
- Set and uphold high bar for technical hiring: design and calibrate candidate assessments with engineering leadership.
- Use data to drive decisions: track and analyze funnel health, talent pool effectiveness, and hiring velocity.
- Represent and evolve Vanta’s engineering talent brand: ensure thoughtful, high-signal recruiting process.

## Requirements

- **10+ years** of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in dynamic environments hiring engineering executives or IC leaders.
- Strong track record closing candidates in complex offer scenarios, including equity trade-offs.
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders from ICs to executives with strategic influence.
- Deep understanding of technical talent landscape, role scarcity, competitive dynamics, and evolving skill sets.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Naturally curious with growth mindset.
- Open to using AI responsibly to amplify skills.
