## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end trafficking across linear TV, streaming, audio, podcast, display, video, programmatic, and social, including tag generation, creative uploads, QA, launch, and in-flight troubleshooting.
- Run and maintain the ad server, including campaign and placement architecture, naming conventions, taxonomy, creative rotation logic, and permissions.
- Build and manage the creative operations calendar, asset deadlines, specification deliveries, review gates, and approval windows.
- Own the cross-channel specification library, including durations, file sizes, bitrates, aspect ratios, safe zones, loudness standards, and closed-captioning requirements.
- Build and manage tracking and measurement infrastructure, including click and impression trackers, conversion pixels, UTM governance, verification wrapping, and taxonomy.
- Investigate discrepancies between ad server, platform, and partner reporting; document root causes and implement fixes.
- Manage agency, vendor, and platform relationships as the operational point of contact.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ad operations, creative operations, or campaign management, ideally across brand-side and agency environments.
- Hands-on trafficking experience across CTV and streaming, audio, and programmatic environments.
- Direct experience with Campaign Manager 360, Innovid, or Flashtalking, including tag generation, Floodlight or conversion setup, and creative QA.
- Fluency with VAST, VPAID, JavaScript and iframe tags, click trackers, impression pixels, and rich media formats.
- Programmatic operations experience with DSPs and verification vendors such as DoubleVerify or IAS.
- Demonstrated ownership of operational processes, such as naming conventions, specification sheets, intake systems, or trackers.
- Working understanding of attribution and measurement.
- Exceptional organization, follow-through, and launch-risk judgment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with regulated categories such as fintech, trading platforms, or gaming, including disclaimer and compliance workflows.
- Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization, large-scale creative versioning, or asset management systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL or ad server APIs for automating reporting and QA.
- Experience building an operations function from scratch.
- Innovid or Flashtalking campaign management certifications.
