## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers, understanding their business needs.
- Engage with prospects through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, social media, and in-person visits, to introduce Findigs' value propositions.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-up calls to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer information in **Salesforce**.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
- Consistently exceed sales targets while promoting a positive, growth-oriented team environment.
- Collaborate within and outside of the SDR team to optimize lead generation and messaging strategies.

## Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree** from a 4-year university or college or equivalent work experience.
- Strong phone presence and eagerness to pick up the phone, effectively representing the Findigs brand everyday.
- Solid analytical background and are excited by deriving insights from data.
- Steadfast mentality with the ability to handle the highs and lows of cold outreach.
- Bias for action, driving your own learnings, skills, and the Findigs’ mission forward.
- Positive attitude and creative approach to solving problems.
- Desire to be part of something bigger than yourself and are ready to join a mission-driven, category-creating company.

## Nice to Haves
- Experience working at a B2B, SaaS+, or Proptech startup in a prospecting function.
- Experience using sales tools such as **Salesforce**, **SalesLoft**, **ZoomInfo**, **Nooks**, **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**, or other sales enablement software.
