## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe.
- Work with Account Executives across Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
- Demonstrate the value of Flexport’s offering through phone calls, email, and other social media.
- Shadow and support Account Executives in meetings and other activities while developing skills for future sales roles.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Some sales or commercial experience.
- Strong commercial orientation and enthusiasm for learning and developing sales skills.
- Excellent communication and empathy when engaging with customers.
- Solution-oriented approach in a quickly adapting technology environment.
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone.
