## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and craft partnership and product strategies for market expansion and payment method partners in existing markets in EMEA.
- Execute deals, manage partner onboarding, and develop partnerships with new and existing financial partners.
- Understand partners’ strategic priorities, challenges, and internal roadmaps; communicate insights and recommendations to product stakeholders.
- Develop and grow relationships with partners, identify stakeholders who will champion Stripe, and build alignment between Stripe and its partners.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of deal processes, ongoing partner management, and distribution initiatives.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, corporate development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience related to payments and/or ecommerce.
- Deep EMEA market knowledge, with knowledge of Israel, the Middle East, and Africa preferred.
- Thorough understanding of payment method dynamics and business models.
- Strong agency and ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions toward shared goals.
- Experience working in product-centric environments with significant internal and external dependencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally across a wide variety of functions.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Deep EMEA market knowledge, with knowledge of Israel, the Middle East, and Africa preferred.
- Thorough understanding of payment method dynamics and business models.
