## Job Description

## What you’ll do

Highly analytical role embedded with Bridge, blending data, financial analysis, and strategy to define, measure, and forecast financial and operational metrics driving growth.

### Responsibilities
- **Forecasting & Reporting:** Own full P&L reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, emphasizing revenue and unit economics.
- **Pricing & Deal Modeling:** Lead pricing strategy; build models for enterprise deals, key accounts, and new initiatives.
- **Strategic Financial Analysis:** Analyze financial impact of strategic initiatives like investments or business model shifts.
- **Metrics & Analytics:** Partner with data science to define key metrics; analyze data for growth and efficiency insights.
- **Define & Maintain Data Queries:** Write and optimize complex SQL queries/views for P&L, forecasting, and analysis; ensure accuracy with engineering.
- **Stripe Finance Partnership:** Integrate Bridge financials into Stripe reporting; evolve partnerships for joint initiatives.

## Who you are

### Minimum requirements
- 5+ years in strategic finance or analytical business operations in fast-paced environment.
- Strong preference for fintech/payments/crypto experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create strategies.
- Experience building financial models (Excel or planning apps).
- Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with data tables (e.g., Databricks) and dashboards.
- Intellectual curiosity, self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, strong communication.
- High performance under pressure; cross-functional partnership.
