## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- **Project manage** customer engagements by coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Drive customer adoption of key features and advise on best practices for incorporating Rippling into workflows.
- Provide attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement.
- Become a product expert and serve as a resource for customers and coworkers.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support.
- Passion for helping customers and colleagues.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
- Excellent project and task-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex scenarios clearly in written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems.
- Interest in actively working with product and engineering teams.

## Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience building reports, working with data, and enabling customers with reporting needs.
