## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Shape the company’s marketing strategy with the CEO, aligning go-to-market priorities, campaign focus, and resourcing to drive predictable pipeline and ARR.
- Lead events, SEO, GEO, social media, case studies, and brand campaigns.
- Partner with agencies to build pipeline.
- Experiment with paid marketing, partnerships, public relations, and communications to unlock new growth channels.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant growth and marketing experience at early-stage companies from Seed through Series B.
- Experience building marketing channels from 0 to 1 and scaling them from 1 to 10.
- Enthusiasm for technology and software, with the ability to tell stories that resonate with technical leaders such as CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
- Strong judgment about messaging and campaigns for technical audiences.
- Ability to ideate quickly, work across marketing functions, and prioritize initiatives based on promise and impact.

## Nice to Have
- Experience marketing technical B2B SaaS products.
- Background in developer tools, infrastructure, testing, or observability.
- Experience with modern marketing tools including HubSpot, Gauge, Clay, Figma, Canva, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Apollo.
