## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Originate brand platforms and campaign-level ideas, owning them from concept through 360-degree activation.
- Reposition and reshape the brand, reflect cultural shifts, and maintain coherence across brand and product surfaces.
- Preserve creative intent from initial concept through final placement.
- Shape briefs with the embedded creative-strategy team.
- Design and, when needed, direct designers, writers, and production partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships leadership to deliver campaigns.
- Lead project teams and establish the creative standard as an individual contributor.

## Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating creative direction of brand platforms, repositioning work, campaigns, and activations.
- Background in art direction with strong visual judgment across media.
- Track record of setting creative vision and quality standards while remaining hands-on.
- Credibility and effectiveness as a peer with cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to identify cultural shifts early and translate them into creative work.
- Experience applying brand strategy across multiple products or business lines.
- Experience in agency, in-house, or combined environments.
