## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, specifically Sales.
- Partner with business leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles.
- Source and build healthy, representative pipelines through cold outreach, events, and content production; effectively handle inbound applications and referrals.
- Use data to inform hiring strategy and communicate insights to executives to influence positive change.
- Champion and lead initiatives related to belonging, equity, and impact (BEI).
- Support recruiting events, office expansion, and strategic partnerships across the region.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business.
- Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches in sales organizations, such as Enterprise Account Executives.
- Ability to build talent strategies with hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English.

## Nice-to-haves
- In-house recruiting experience at a SaaS company.
- Experience hiring Director-level leadership roles, primarily within Sales.
- Expert knowledge of the SaaS and scaling technology landscape and relevant competitors.
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time role based in the São Paulo, Brazil hub.
- In-person onboarding is required.
