## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Celonis solution narrative for Oracle accounts, including transformation maps, value cases, executive points of view, and reusable solution accelerators.
- Lead executive-level solution conversations with customers and Oracle counterparts, partnering with Value Engineering and Solution Engineering on technical depth.
- Drive joint plays involving Oracle EBS-to-Fusion modernization, Process Intelligence on OCI, and Oracle Fusion AI and AI-agent enablement.
- Generate net-new pipeline and revenue through Oracle partnership-led sales motions.
- Build relationships with Oracle field counterparts, including Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Industry Strategists.
- Co-build joint account plans and coordinated pursuit strategies with Celonis and Oracle sales leaders.
- Represent Celonis at Oracle AIWorld and regional Oracle field events.
- Orchestrate complex enterprise sales cycles across Oracle, Celonis, partners, and customers.
- Enable Celonis sales teams and scale joint training, certification, and field-engagement programs.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, alliances and co-sell, value engineering, solution-led go-to-market, enterprise consulting, or implementation.
- Direct experience with the Oracle ecosystem, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, OCI, Oracle Consulting, NetSuite, or a GSI Oracle practice.
- Proven ability to own transformation narratives and translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of ERP modernization, enterprise applications, digital transformation, process intelligence, AI, and automation.
- Experience with formal co-sell or partner-led go-to-market motions and measurable joint pipeline or co-sourced revenue outcomes.
- Executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority across Oracle, consulting partners, and VP/C-suite stakeholders.
- Comfort operating across highly matrixed internal and external sales environments.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI, OCI Generative AI, and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
- Existing relationships with Oracle field organizations or consulting partners such as Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, or Oracle Consulting.
- Experience with process intelligence, process mining, enterprise operational analytics, or the Celonis platform.
- Knowledge of ERP migration programs and enterprise transformation delivery methodologies.

## Compensation
- New York base salary: $175,000–$205,000 USD.
- Total compensation may include base salary, bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.
