## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day partner support to Enterprise Partner Managers across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, including deal registration processing, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
- Own and process smaller partner-sourced deals end-to-end through internal systems to ensure fast, accurate closure.
- Administer Salesforce, deal desk, and CPQ systems, including quote generation, order processing, and approval routing.
- Coordinate partner onboarding logistics, including system setup, tool training, and transaction readiness.
- Maintain partner CRM data hygiene, accurate pipeline inputs, deal-stage progression, and timely leadership reporting.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for partner deal escalations, coordinating with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
- Process Market Development Fund submissions, track claims, and ensure timely partner reimbursement.
- Manage partner communications, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination across time zones.
- Represent the company in customer- and partner-facing Zoom meetings.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues affecting partner deal flow, escalating when needed.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to reduce deal-cycle time and simplify partner transactions.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or partner operations within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and productivity platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience supporting stakeholders in AMER and EMEA time zones within a globally distributed team.
- High attention to detail and a bias toward action and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with remote team members.
- Based in the Philippines.
- Willingness to adjust working hours to overlap with EMEA and AMER business hours as needed.
- Experience in a customer- and partner-facing role, with confidence presenting and communicating on Zoom.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in channel or partner sales environments.
- Familiarity with partner program structures, including VARs, referral partners, consultancies, and system integrators.
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
- Background in enterprise software sales cycles.
