## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Translate product goals into intuitive, polished user experiences, contributing to features from concept through production
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship member-facing features using modern AI-assisted development workflows
- Build and maintain high-quality, performant web applications using **Next.js**, **React**, and **Tailwind CSS**
- Design and implement responsive, mobile-first user interfaces that deliver a seamless experience across devices
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to help shape product and UX decisions
- Establish and promote best practices in frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and maintainability

## Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend or full stack software development
- Strong experience building production web applications using **Next.js**, **React**, and **Tailwind CSS**
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to user-facing features end-to-end, from ideation through launch
- Strong product sense with a focus on delivering intuitive and high-quality user experiences
- Experience building responsive, mobile-first interfaces
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments with an emphasis on rapid prototyping and continuous improvement
- Experience integrating with **RESTful APIs** and working across the stack when needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with support from senior team members
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally
