## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end design from problem framing through shipped experience on Metrics workflows, including how AI-powered discovery and agentic governance are surfaced for customers.
- Partner with engineering and product on deeply technical subject matter and translate that complexity into simple experiences that hold up across our diverse customers.
- Use research and data to validate your design decisions, and iterate based on feedback from customers and stakeholders.
- Communicate your design work and support for your design decisions internally to your product team and design peers.
- Contribute to design quality and systems-thinking practices within the Metrics team, helping ensure consistency across related workflows.

## Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in product design.
- Portfolio includes a proven track record of end-to-end design with clear evidence of decisions grounded in user data.
- Excellent visual and written communicator, able to clearly communicate design work and the support for design decisions.
- Experience with advanced prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, etc).
- Understand systems thinking and how to design flows that scale across many variations and edge cases.
- Give and receive feedback well, supporting and improving the work of colleagues as well as your own.
