## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own medium-to-large advocacy projects end-to-end for Omnigent, from scoping through delivery.

- Drive external adoption by showing developers how to integrate Omnigent into existing agent stacks and products.
- Create practical templates, sample repositories, and reference implementations that developers can clone, fork, and ship.
- Create educational videos, tutorials, courseware, and blog posts covering harness composition, contextual policies, sandboxing, and cost controls.
- Drive awareness and adoption through speaking engagements at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
- Act as a trusted advisor between the community and engineering teams, influencing roadmap discussions with community feedback.
- Support developers through GitHub issues, Discord, Slack, Stack Overflow, and Reddit.
- Mentor and unblock less-experienced advocates in content, demos, and public speaking.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of combined experience as a developer advocate and in a hands-on technical role such as software engineering, machine learning engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Professional experience building software and current hands-on experience with agentic developer tooling and coding agents.
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills, with comfort at the command line and in other people's codebases.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to open source projects and working in the open through issues, pull requests, reviews, and release processes.
- Knowledge of agent architecture, orchestration, sandboxing, and the practical challenges of running agents safely and affordably.
- Experience growing a contributor community.
- Active participation and recognized leadership in open source forums, chats, and meetups.
- A public portfolio of technical work, including repositories, tutorials, talks, or sustained community contributions.
- Exceptional written, teaching, video, and public-speaking communication skills.
- Empathy for developer needs and the ability to create engaging tutorials, sample projects, and community experiences.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and align community initiatives with product objectives.

## Compensation

- Zone 1 pay range: **$149,200–$205,150 USD**.
- Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
