## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth in Thailand by identifying, prospecting, and closing high-potential clients.
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Consult with prospective clients on supply chain needs and pain points, translating them into tailored solutions.
- Present the company’s capabilities in virtual and in-person meetings.
- Meet and exceed personal new-business sales targets.
- Coordinate handoffs to onboarding and internal teams.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and gather market feedback.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute across a hands-on, early-stage team.

## Requirements
- 5–8 years of business development experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Proven hunting sales experience and a record of independently generating and closing new business.
- An established customer pipeline and network, ideally focused on intra-Asia trade.
- Experience with cold calling, discovery calls, and account management.
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English.
- Ability to learn and adopt AI-powered tools and internal platforms.
- Strong adaptability, work ethic, learning ability, and solution-oriented selling skills.
