## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Supporting compensation plans and commissions
- Building reporting and dashboards
- Analyzing bookings and revenue trends
- Helping with budgeting and forecasting
- Improving the systems the company uses to make decisions
- Partnering closely with accounting, sales, and operations to ensure leadership has accurate data and actionable insights
- Working across teams and functions and regularly interacting with leadership
- Taking on larger projects, helping define processes, or moving into more strategic finance or operations work over time

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related track
- Strong financial foundation, including comfort in Power BI, Excel, and other tools
- Highly self-directed — does not need heavy management or a fully built playbook to be effective
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by chaotic startup environments
- Strong problem solving instincts and willing to do unglamorous work well

## Nice-to-Haves
- 1+ years experience in IB (Tech focus preferred), in a finance role at a high growth start-up, or an equivalent role
- Experience with accounting, FP&A, and revenue recognition
- Experience with M&A or strategic financial projects

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range is $80,000 to $135,000 depending on experience
- Equity range is $50,000 to $150,000
- Health insurance, dental, vision, and a 401K
