## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and own Crisp’s product-led growth model, including in-product sharing, network invitations, referral mechanisms, and activation triggers.
- Build and scale a self-serve motion enabling CPG brands, retailers, and distributors to discover, trial, and activate with minimal friction.
- Partner with Product to embed shareable artifacts, referrals, network invitations, and activation triggers into the platform.
- Design and run structured growth experiments across acquisition channels, onboarding, referral incentives, and activation triggers.
- Own the funnel from first touch through activation and improve conversion and time-to-value.
- Develop network-effect programs and manage customer referral and advocacy programs.
- Own organic discoverability across SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), including structured content, entity optimization, and authoritative sourcing.
- Design onboarding and activation journeys, including email and in-product messaging sequences and automated behavioral triggers.
- Define the product-qualified lead (PQL) model and partner with Product and Revenue Operations to surface buying signals.
- Build the sales-assisted product-led growth motion and coordinate timely, contextual handoffs to Sales.
- Identify expansion signals and create automated and human-assisted expansion programs.
- Build and manage a practitioner community for CPG, retail, and supply chain professionals.
- Develop content, events, customer advocacy, and industry-community strategies.
- Oversee Marketing Operations, marketing technology infrastructure, data quality, attribution, self-serve tracking, referral attribution, and experiment reporting.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to connect growth programs to revenue outcomes.
- Use AI to accelerate experimentation, personalize onboarding, optimize lifecycle messaging, analyze product usage, and synthesize community signals.

## Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, activation, community, organic acquisition, and growth experimentation programs.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, Commercial Enablement, and Content teams.
- Experience defining funnels, activation metrics, PQL models, expansion triggers, and revenue attribution.
- Experience with SEO, GEO, AEO, structured content, entity optimization, and AI-search discoverability.
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including hypothesis development, test analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Experience building referral, advocacy, community, content, and events programs.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, self-serve tracking, referral attribution, and experiment reporting.
- Experience applying AI to growth, personalization, lifecycle marketing, behavioral analysis, or community intelligence.
