## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Shape the visual brand across identity, marketing collateral, event design, social content, and internal communications for Norm Ai and Norm Law.
- Partner with Marketing to translate campaign and launch strategies into visual executions from concept through delivery.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines, templates, component libraries, and design systems.
- Lead web design and CMS work as needed, including building, launching, and maintaining responsive pages.
- Partner with developers to ship polished, on-brand web experiences.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate status proactively.
- Audit and improve existing design systems, templates, web infrastructure, and digital brand presence.
- Own defined design workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating identity systems, campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital experiences.
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills across mediums.
- Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries.
- Working knowledge of a modern CMS platform.
- Ability to collaborate with developers on web projects.
- Strong communication, prioritization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with end-to-end ownership and hands-on execution skills.

## Nice to Have
- Experience building or evolving brands across distinct entities, sub-brands, or product lines.
- Experience with or curiosity about AI-powered design tools and workflows.
- Familiarity with legal technology or another complex enterprise category.
- Experience designing for consumer-facing and B2B/enterprise audiences.
- Motion, illustration, or other supporting-discipline experience.
