## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define the long-term product vision and strategy for subscription usage and licensing visibility across Okta’s Admin Console and product portfolio.
- Build a self-service usage dashboard and reporting framework for secure, cross-product subscription and license tracking.
- Partner with India-based engineering and development teams to improve usage computation and reporting infrastructure.
- Translate ambiguous requirements from Field, Pricing & Packaging, Support, Design, and Product stakeholders into technical specifications.
- Analyze subscription and usage data to identify friction points and improve customer trust and platform experience.
- Validate hypotheses through low-cost experiments before committing to major infrastructure investments.
- Monitor trends in usage-based licensing, metering, and billing transparency.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for subscription usage and licensing capabilities and promote data-driven decision-making.

## Requirements
- 4–5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or core software infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Ability to develop actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across global functions and time zones.
- Demonstrated business results from customer-facing platform capabilities shipped at scale.
- Availability for synchronous meetings from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Pacific Time at least three days per week.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with subscription or licensing models, usage-based billing, or SaaS packaging and monetization.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management protocols and security standards.
- Experience partnering with Sales or Customer Success organizations on customer-facing reporting or renewal tooling.
- Advanced technical or business degree, such as a master’s degree or MBA.

## Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role with location flexibility within India.
