## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own product direction for the systems and data that run the end-to-end supply chain.
- Translate complex supply chain elements into clear data models and specifications.
- Define and own workflows and product surfaces for supplier management.
- Define and own workflows and product surfaces for logistics and trade compliance.
- Partner with IT on technical tradeoffs and system design.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, Program Management, Engineering, Business, and Operations stakeholders to understand domains and validate workflows.
- Define and track metrics demonstrating operational leverage.
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation to replace manual processes.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of supply chain systems experience, ideally involving data, platforms, workflows, or internal tools.
- Ability to work with IT on technical tradeoffs and independently reason about system and data model design.
- Strong written communication, including crisp requirements, prioritization rationale, and documented points of view.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of creating structure in undefined environments.
- Demonstrated ability to ship products with measurable operational impact.
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems in a supply chain or finance context.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Zip.
- Fluency working directly with underlying data and tables.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

## Nice to Have
- Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or logistics operations.
- Experience supporting both hardware and software products.
- Familiarity with trade compliance, customs, export controls, and ITAR-regulated programs.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications or agentic workflows.
- Experience in a rapidly evolving startup or high-growth technology environment.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $127,000–$185,000.
- Total compensation may include equity, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
