## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Hire senior talent for the SDR team.
- Onboard and train new representatives.
- Conduct weekly one-on-ones covering analysis, coaching, performance management, and career growth.
- Align messaging and talk tracks with sales development, sales, and marketing leadership.
- Provide ongoing product feedback and ideas to product and engineering teams.
- Align SDR and AE processes, messaging, and strategy.
- Build and iterate on outbound sequences and templates.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues, and inconsistencies across processes, systems, and strategy.
- Assist with list building and target-account research.
- Use analytics and data to identify patterns and guide team priorities.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing sales development teams, leading outbound teams, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experience selling to go-to-market leaders.
- Experience promoting SDRs into other departments.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and lead by example, including making outbound calls.
- Proven experience building high-performing SDR teams.
- Strong hiring, coaching, and performance-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to prioritize improvements.
- Familiarity with Claude Code or other large language models and agent-building tools.
