## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Build out and own post-sales CRM as the system of record for customer operations.
- Design ticketing infrastructure including email ticketing and Airtable workflows.
- Build reporting and dashboards connecting ops data and tooling for team decisions.
- Optimize workflows and tooling across ops, acting as automation czar.
- Manage systems behind onboarding and invoicing.
- Lead on AI and automation for ops workflows.

## Requirements
- 4+ years in systems-heavy role, ideally at startup, consulting, or finance building from scratch.
- Think in systems: map workflows, spot friction, design clean paths.
- Fluent in modern ops tooling: CRMs, ticketing systems, Airtable, BI/reporting tools, automation layers.
- Bonus: experience building with AI tools.
- Excited to build from zero, low-ego, collaborative.

## Compensation
- $140,000–$160,000 base + equity.
