## Job Description
## Strategic Creative Leadership
- Lead the creative vision: Define and drive the creative strategy for all commercial and B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Hinge Health’s brand identity and business goals.
- Translate value: Transform complex clinical and technical value propositions into clear, human-centric narratives that resonate with employers, consultants, and benefits leaders.
- Strategic partnership: Establish trusted partnerships with Commercial, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership, translating business imperatives into high-impact concepts for GTM launches and market expansion.
- Team development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of designers and writers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and storytelling excellence.

## Campaign Development & Execution
- Integrated campaigns: Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns (web, digital, social, OOH) that drive brand awareness and demand generation.
- Sales enablement & ABM: Direct creation of high-value sales assets (decks, ebooks, video) and bespoke Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experiences.
- Event experience: Oversee end-to-end creative development for commercial events and activations, integrating creative content, digital, analog, and multimedia experiences.
- Performance optimization: Collaborate with Demand Gen to develop performance-driven creative assets, utilizing data and A/B testing.

## Operations, Innovation & Influence
- Operational rigor: Manage creative operations, including agency/freelancer management, project prioritization, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
- Executive communication: Present creative concepts and strategies to executive leadership, articulating business rationale and ROI.
- Brand stewardship: Ensure brand consistency across commercial assets while adapting to channel and audience needs.
- Future-proofing: Stay ahead of B2B marketing trends, integrating new design platforms and generative AI tools.

## Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience in enterprise B2B marketing, experiential design, and brand storytelling (e.g., Healthcare, Tech, Fintech).
- 5+ years of leadership experience developing multi-disciplinary creatives.
- Success in full-funnel marketing campaigns and large-scale brand activations.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing complex value propositions into human-centric narratives and visual systems.
- Strong command of video, photography, and content creation lifecycles.
- Deep technical fluency in **Adobe CS**, **Figma**, **Midjourney**, **Claude**, and generative AI tools.
- Effective communication skills and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
